Green Jay Interiors is based in Leyland, Lancashire but my design service is available to access all over the UK. The benefit to virtual design means there are no geographical restrictions, it’s simple, straightforward and quick without any compromise on the design.
The connection between designer and client however, is key. It helps lead to deeply considered designs full of personality and individual style.
I believe everyone should have the opportunity to benefit from good design, to live in healthy spaces that can enrich our day to day lives. I will work within your budget and find creative ways to achieve the look and feel you’re hoping for.
I’m inspired by the natural world, by the people around me, by art and architecture and the whole host of independent makers the UK is blessed with. My designs feature products from high street and online retailers, I have an ever-growing directory of effective and unique homewares.
For all services, I will rely on your measurements and photographs to visualise the space but will offer as much help as is needed.
Don’t worry if you don’t quite know what you want, that’s where my intuitive, design skills come in. Friendly discussion and idea sharing is a great place to start, inspiration can evolve from the most unexpected places. Both the Styling and E-Design service result in a multi-page pdf document which will include everything you need to confidently take the reigns.
My skills centre around the use of colour and texture, understanding the purpose of a space as well as the relationship between product and finish.
Influenced by the psychology of design and mindful of the environment, I will combine sustainability with the impact our interiors can have on our wellbeing and create spaces to inspire, excite, comfort and nurture.
